Tremeirchion Community Pub Ltd

The pub is a vital part of any community, and within the village of Tremeirchion the community were given a window of opportunity to purchase the building and its grounds.

The Tremeirchion community along with neighbouring villages surrounding expressed their desire to support this much needed community hub.

 

The Tremeirchion Community Pub Limited successfully raised a total of £195,800 through share investments in July 2023, along with successfully being awarded £175,000 as a capital grant from the UK Governments Community Ownership Fund. This enabled for the purchase the Salusbury Arms and to re-open as a Community Owned Pub on August 18th 2023.
