I hope everyone is getting into the spirit of Christmas, and many have been enjoying the Snowman trail around the village. Since our last update, we've seen snow, rain, sun and even a short power outage in the surrounding area - never a dull moment!
As we round off 2022, and head into a new year, we bring news that the business case has been submitted, along with the governments "Community Ownership Scheme" funding - we met the deadline and we now await feedback and are hopeful of acceptance.
It's all positive news, as the outcome of the pledges submitted to date show that we are on for a very positive start to the year (we counted £140,000 so far).
Once we can outline the dates for the share offering, we will be out in force to promote this within the communities. We also hope that you can spread the word to push this message far and wide! (Watch this space).
We continue to make progress, and we will keep you updated, but for now, from all of the Tremeirchion Community Pub Ltd steering group, to all those celebrating, we would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas.
